Systems, flows and protocol
In our website and other publications, you'll often find the words: system, flow, protocol.
At the beginning of our work with a new client, we often introduce the exact meaning of these concepts.
You can apply them to resolve huge problems in the organization and the individual. You can use them to master enormous challenges.
And with no extra effort required. Isn't that interesting ? Isn't that what you want ?
Protocol
"Protocol" refers to a set of principles you can use to convey a deep respect between individuals, and maintain harmony in the workplace.
"Protocol", within the science of Robotics, refers to a set of instructions that need to be used in order to make sure a system delivers the result that is expected.
Please do not associate "Protocol" with the stiff notion of foolish etiquette, applied in a dogmatic, inauthentic way. We want you to be as authentic as you can be, and at the same time be very aware of what makes interactions work. To know what is needed to get results with people, in a nice atmosphere, that's what it's all about.
