Leadership Effectiveness Analysis® (LEA®) in cooperation with MRG

In 2008 Inner Change delivered leadership coaching for executives from Bombardier Transportation in several European countries. This project was delivered in cooperation with Management Research Group, provider of the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis® (LEA®): a 360 feedback instrument with culture specific norm groups. We often use this reliable tool to facilitate dialogue between management, and to help them articulate their vision on leadership.
