Management coaching - cultural change & global expansion

In April, 2012, Inner Change started coaching a management team of 15 persons of a well known company.

The client is aiming at 3 major goals:

1. realizing a presence in several capitals worldwide.

2. continuing the cultural transition from the non-profit organization they once were, to being a private company, driven by the dynamics of the market.

3. develop the leadership skills of management.

The trajectory has included so far:

  • facilitation of a 3 day strategic seminar
  • a values assessment
  • choosing core values
  • 1 to 1 interviews
  • interactive presentations with team members
  • workshop protocol for a council ("ondernemingsraad")
  • individual coaching for management with blended learning of key concepts of leadership, time management, etc.

Our cooperative effort with this client started in 2007, and is still continuing.
